  • $19.00/sq.ft. for each additional sq.ft. after 200 sq.ft.
  • Minimum $300 member discount applied

Regular member rate after Oct 31, 2026: $23.50/sq.ft. (initial 100 sq.ft.) · $21.50/sq.ft. additional.
